This is my Story

I'm the founder of a pet lover clothing brand called Paw Addict. I'm also the founder of Invert Age, a longevity knowledge source. I won't bore you with my life story, I know you're reading this because you're interested in improving your aging body outcome. But here's just a little about my health journey that lead me to where I am able to help you with powerful health knowledge that you can apply for yourself.

My health has been maintained fairly well throughout the years, but as time marched on, year 55 gave me a slap. My right knee gave out on me and my neck vertebrae were crushing a nerve making my left arm so painful I couldn't sleep. I had painful arthritis in my hands, left wrist and neck. These were age related issues, the doctor told me my body was worn out. That wasn't something I took lightly. Already my aesthetics had been slipping for a while, the aging skin, hair falling out, the squishy love handles. It wasn't horrible, but I was not a fan of what I saw, and I knew it was only going to get worse. That's when I really got serious on correcting everything I could.

I knew I could do some things to improve the aging situation, that's just common sense. But as a fluke discovery because of my recovery and rejuvenation methods, I had new hair sprouting out of the outside of the area it receded. That's when I had an ah ha moment. I thought, am I reversing my aging? That's when I dove in deep, I needed to learn everything there was about longevity, age slowing and age reversing.

As I gained longevity knowledge I incrementally improved my health. It's all about diet, timed eating, exercise, sleep, supplements, and mindset. My metabolic health now is much younger than my current age of 59, I'm also aging at a slower rate of 72% compared to the average person. This is measured with an extensive epigenetic test. How we manage our health dictates our rate of aging. I am very fit and full of energy now, keeping my rate of aging at the absolute lowest trajectory as possible. Any further improvements I can make, you know I'll be hitting those.

My transformation has been so powerful, I feel I need to share this life improving and life saving knowledge. We have a lot of control over avoiding disease and ailments. If you don't make time for your wellness, you'll be forced to make time for your illness. Living the later years of our lives in a decrepit age ailing body is no way to live, we can live healthy up til the end.

Now I’ve turned my transformation into an easy-to-follow system that anyone can use to unlock their younger potential and start enjoying the rest of your life. I've climbed the mountain, I can show you the way to make your aging body have a much better outcome than you imagined.
